Tony is a member of our Commercial Litigation and Employment Law Practice Groups. Equally comfortable in state and federal court, he has seven years of experience representing clients with a wide variety of business disputes. With an active practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, Tony counsels clients with employment law issues and litigation, intellectual property disputes, shareholder and business succession issues, product liability, Consumer Protection Act defense, and construction litigation. Tony also has experience representing clients with will contest, wealth transfer and other asset distribution disputes.

Tony assists clients with employment and executive compensation agreements, cost containment agreements, product manuals including warnings and instructions, software and other licensing agreements, and company employment policies. Tony is also developing a mediation practice to assist parties in resolving disputes outside of the courtroom.

Tony currently sits on the Finance Committee and Bar New Editorial Advisory Board of the New Hampshire Bar Association.
