Kristin is a member of our Corporate Practice Group, concentrating her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. She has extensive experience counseling clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, technology licensing, trademark and copyright registration, contract drafting and negotiation, debt and equity financing, business formation and corporate governance, employment and commercial leasing.
Prior to joining Devine Millimet, Kristin practiced in Massachusetts for seven years focusing on corporate and commercial transaction matters for small and medium-sized businesses.
Kristin delivers knowledgeable and practical advice to clients in an understandable manner. She fosters strong client relationships through her straightforward approach to meeting her clients' objective in a timely and thorough fashion.
Kristin is involved in a number of professional and business organizations and currently serves as the President of the New Hampshire Women's Bar Association and as a member of the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Nashua. Kristin also teaches an undergraduate business law course at Granite State College.
