Peg is a shareholder of the firm and a member of the Labor and Employment and Litigation practice groups. Although she currently devotes her practice to counseling employers in all areas of employment law, Peg formerly worked exclusively in the litigation department and has substantial trial experience in the State and Federal Courts of New Hampshire. Peg has represented clients in all areas of insurance defense and commercial litigation including motor vehicle accidents, ski area accidents, school law disputes, and commercial premises disputes.

Peg previously worked for the New Hampshire Public Defenders and has handled all levels of criminal matters from arraignment to jury trial and appeal.
