- Represents individuals and couples in formulating and implementing basic and sophisticated estate planning strategies, including the preparation of wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney and living wills
- Represents seniors and their families in formulating and implementing Medicaid planning strategies and in applying for Medicaid benefits
- Represents seniors and their families in proceedings at the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services
- Assists families in preparing Special Needs Trusts and advising them on trust issues
- Advises individuals, families, corporate fiduciaries and beneficiaries on their rights and obligations and represents them in probate court matters
- Represents individuals and families in guardianship matters
