Our Workers’ Compensation group is the largest in the region and currently represents insurance companies, self-insured employers, self-insured trusts, and municipalities in defending claims of work-related injuries by their employees.

Each attorney in the group has practiced before the Department of Labor, the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, and the New Hampshire Supreme Court. They regularly serve as faculty members and seminar moderators for any number of privately sponsored seminars. In fact, attorneys at Devine Millimet authored the New Hampshire Workers’ Compensation Treatise.
