New associates and paralegals attend weekly training sessions on a variety of law and practice topics. The sessions are taught by senior attorneys and the focus is on the practical aspects of practicing law, as well as the substantive law field itself. Participants are encouraged to ask questions and are provided with written materials to use as a reference in the future.

Attorneys and paralegals are also members of one or more of the firm’s practice groups. Practice groups meet regularly to discuss a variety of issues, including practice issues, recent developments in the law and business development.
